Any and all purchases for described services made through this website are governed by these Terms and Conditions. The website is owned and managed by "GAP Infotech", Gurgaon as their product/services offerings. GAP Infotech, Gurgaon is the legal entity who is managing the services/products via domain name bookmyproject.com
We respect your order and understand that you have paid for the solutions offfered by Book My Project. We, at Book My Project offers Digital Products and products gives you the instant access to the Products. Once the Product is Delivered to you or downloaded at your end which happenes immediately (With in 24-48 Hours is the maxium TAT, if any technical glitch happenes during Immediate Download) you purchase the product, we can not take it back from you.
Once the Purchase is made you can not return the product. In Simple Words- There will be NO REFUND under any circumstances and situation. Products comes with No Return Policy.
Following are the conditions for Refund / Cancellation:
Orders can be Refunded in case of we are unable to deliver the product in given time frame (Immediate to maximum 72-96 Hours post successful payment and Domain & Hosting Credentials provided by you.)
Orders can be Cancelled / Refunded on mutual consent. As we are offering exclusive products and almost upto 95% Discount, so it gets difficult for us to Refund or Cancel the order.
If, there is any refund- the order will be refunded / cancelled post deduction of any charges occured for payment gateway / bank charges and Taxes.
At www.bookmyproject.com, we are committed to providing an excellent service for the services and package purchased. In Case you have opted for any Custom Services i.e. Website Integration / Server or any other additional services excedpt of the Combo or Offer Pack there will be different TAT or deliver timings for the services. You have the option to cancel the Additional Services before your account is created with us. Once the services sent to Development Team, It can not be cancelled.
Other than as set out above, our maximum liability arising out of any order for the services or package to you under this contract will be limited to the actual price of the services or package contained in that order less any works already carried out or any administrative, taxes and payment gateway charges.
